Stylin' Stampin' Squad Blog Hop - February

Is it really February already?  Wow, time is really flying by, it just seems like yesterday that I was frantically making Christmas cards!  This month we are focusing on Sale-a-Bration and Valentines.  I did three different items related to Valentine's Day (check out my blog in the coming days to see my Sale-a-Bration items!).

This trio makes a great gift with a candle, candy and a card- all ready for your Valentine!  We just so happen to be making these in my Valentine themed class on February 10th!

3 inch candle (white or ivory works best)
Stamps: I (Love) Love wheel
Ink: Real Red Classic
Candy Folder:
Card Stock: Real Red and Blushing Bride
Stamps: P.S. I Love You
Ink: Real Red Classic
Red Glitter Paper
Heart Framelits
1/4 inch Grosgrain Whisper White Ribbon
Scallop Trim Border, 1 3/8 and 1 1/4 Circle Punches
Card Stock: Naturals White, Blushing Bride, Real Red and Whisper White
Red Glitter Paper
Stamps: P.S. I Love You, Sprinkled Expressions SAB and I (Love) Love
Heart Framelits
Heart to Heart, 1 3/8 and 1 1/4 Punches
Ink: Blushing Bride and Real Red Classic
Framed Tulips Embossing Folders

February Challenge
Set: Friends Never Fade
Colors: Blushing Bride, Perfect Plum and Sahara Sand
I love the color combination in this card!  I wanted our hop to include challenges just in case anyone was like me... had stamps with lots of dust on them that needed to be used, or colors that needed to befriend each other!  I pulled out my Build-a-Blossom set and punch for this card as well!  What do you think?

Card Stock: Sahara Sand, Perfect Plum and Blushing Bride
Stamp Sets: Friends Never Fade and Build a Blossom
Ink: Perfect Plum Stampin' Classic
Subtles Button in Perfect Plum
Blossom Petal Builder Punch
Finial Press Embossing Folder
White Baker's Twine

Awesome! I absolutely adore the candles. Love the bag with a see through window. And the card with the Tulips embossing folder is just too darling. In addition, the challenge card is great, too! I would never have put those colors together. But then again, I don't even have Sahara Sand in my arsenal! What a super job you did with everything!
