June Blog Hop

Welcome to the June Blog Hop!  Doesn't Annie have a knack for beautiful products?  BTW, It is official, the new catalog started on June 1st!  It is an exciting time of the year!  For me, I have been enjoying the Sneak Peeks that I ordered during May (as a demonstrator, we can order selected products early).
My first product is something I stumbled across on another demo's page.  You can see her original project and tutorial at  I LOVE this project and plan to use it for my team at work during our teacher planning in the fall.  These are perfect for that (to go with the cute notebooks I showed off in a previous post).
I just LOVE this cute little water flavor packet holder.  It's perfect for our week of planning as we have to sit through a lot of long meetings!  The colors are all the new 2012-2014 in-colors so this fits into the "new catalog sneaks".  The new colors are: Gumball Green, Midnight Muse, Primose Petals, Raspberry Ripple and Summer Starfruit.  These colors will be around for 2 years.  Here are some close-up pictures for you:
My second project works for the "Father's Day" theme.  I was racking my brain last night trying to find a stamp set to fit my dad, I don't have a lot of manly stamp sets!  I finally came up with this manly looking card!
This card uses the NEW Apothecary Accents Framelits and the Layered Labels stamp set.  The center of the Layered Label that I used actually says, "create" so I just covered it up with the letters to spell out Dad.  I layered each letter on top of each other to make it fit the card.  I wanted a lot of layers since I knew that I wasn't going to add ribbon or buttons for my manly-man Dad!  :)
Keep hopping along the hop route... check out the next stop with Rose's impressive abilities!

I love your water bottle hanger. I've seen them with only one packet but I love it with the multiple packets and would be curious how you created the individual pockets for the packets. Very cute card as well. Thanks for sharing.
