Back to Reality Monday

I am back to work this morning, summer is over for me in Florida!  I have to be there at 7:30 EST, but my goal is to be to work at 7 every day.  I feel like I can get more done before the kids wear me out for the day!  So... I better get moving as I need to leave soon!  I like this week since it's like an intro, we don't have kids until the 21st so we can go out (or go home) for lunch.

Today's card is another one that I converted from a convention project idea.  I love how easy this card is!  It's a bit smaller than the normal card, which makes it perfect for the "less is more" theory!  If I changed this card up, I'd use silver for the body of the butterfly!  The small theme goes with this card as the other cards, Lacey and Lovely as the stamp set and Howlstooth and Scaringbone for the DSP.

Hint:  How did I make the antennae on the butterfly?  Cut a THIN strip of the Tangerine Tango Card Stock.  Use your bone folder to pull it along the strip of card stock (think about curling ribbon).  Be careful as the thin strips of card stock can rip very easy!

Supplies:
Lacey and Lovely Stamp Set
ManGumball Green, Summer Starfruit, and Very Vanilla Card Stock
Howlstooth and Scaringbone DSP
