Stylin' Stampin' Squad Blog Hop

Welcome!  Did you enjoy Annie's projects?  This month we are focusing on being thankful!  I am thankful for YOU... all the readers of my blog and who encourage me!  I am also thankful for numerous things including my life, my family and friends, job, health, etc... but something that really helps me to stay focused on having some fun is crafting!  I just love making things that are creative a beautiful!
My two projects were featured in my November class.  The girls made the card and Blessing Mix.  The Blessing Mix also doubles as my "Hostess Gift" for the rest of the month.  Anyone who hosts a workshop will receive both items as a thank you!  :)

The card is one of my favorites because it includes several of my favorites from the mini catalog!  The leaves, Woodgrain Embossing Folder, Metallic Buttons and the Tulle!

My upline gave me the Blessing Mix idea last year, but I never made it.  I decided to use it but put it into a Mason jar.  Who knew Mason Jar gifts would be all the rave this year?
 Thanksgiving Blessing Mix
Bugles: Shaped like a cornucopia or Horn of Plenty, a symbol of our nation's abundance.
Pretzels: Arms folded in prayer, a freedom sought by those who founded our country.
Candy corn: Sacrifices. Food was so scarce that settlers survived on just a few kernels of corn a day.
Marshmallows: The Pilgrim's first winter brought cold and snow to the Pilgrims.
Seeds: Promise of a future harvest, one we will reap only if seeds are planted and tended with diligence.
Dried fruits: Thanksgiving is the celebration of the fruits of the harvest.
M&Ms: Memories of those who came before us to guide us to a blessed future.

Beautifful cards! Can you tell the name of the font used for the "Stylin' Stampin Blog Squad Blog Hop" banner? I am always looking for nice script fonts.

Hi Shirley! I am going to need to get back to you on that... I didn't make this month's blog hop badges...

Pam, your jar and card is simply adorable. One of my favorites is wonderfall stamp set and the die that goes with it. I will have to CASE :) *hugs*

Dearest Pam, I totally heart the leaves die! I also think you are the one who's pushing me over the edge to find some mason jars and decorate up. Thanks, friend!
