I first saw this card on Pinterest and I KNEW I had to CASE it. I needed a card for my aunt and knew this would be perfect for her! I think she is going to LOVE it! :) I got the idea from Penny Smiley. I just love the embossing folder with the flags, and that button! I also used my NEW Cutting Tool from Stampin' Up! I am hoping to make my first video using this tool! It's so awesome and so much better than the old one!
Here we are for another Fab Friday Challenge! This week Mindy has an awesome sketch for us....
I am really starting to get the hang of using flags in my stamping! :) I saw a tag using this stamp set and just had to try it out as a card! I just LOVE using Daydream Medallions as a wreath! Wait until you see my other card using the same stamp set (coming tomorrow!).
And just a little shout out to my Detroit Tigers who are playing in the World Series! I have been a Tiger fan since I was born so this is a big thing for me! Go TIGERS! :)
Make sure to check out the other designers blogs and leave us some love (in the form of comments)!
This is my first time creating for the Mojo Monday Challenge! I had the idea for this card but needed a good layout. I think this layout works perfect for sparkles and snowflakes! I am in LOVE with purple and green together!
I used a sponge with the Elegant Eggplant reinker to color the snowflake. It's really hard to tell but when you compare it to the plain silver glimmer paper, you can really tell! I also made my own DSP using the Snowflake Soiree Stamp Set, Elegant Eggplant Card Stock, VersaMark ink and the Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. I love the sparkle for this holiday season!

I am all about CUTE for Halloween. Aren't these 3 little ghosts so cute? I love how the Stampin' Up! Owl Builder punch can be converted into so many other things, one of which is this super cute ghost. I made this card for my nephew, I think he will love the googly eyes with the silver spider web (he is only 5)! I wanted to make sure to get this card up so the supply list won't be up today... sorry! If you have a specific question, feel free to leave a comment and I will get right back to you!
I needed to kick-start my stamping this week with a challenge. I had just received my new Regals Stampin' Write Markers and the Bravo Burgandy Ink Pad (somehow I didn't have this ink pad, not sure how I was missing it) and wanted to get them used! So... this challenge was perfect for me! I love color challenges, they help my creativity A LOT! :)
Because I am from up north, I know (and love) the feeling of fall. The leaves changing, the crisp colors, the cooler weather, and the apple cider (and fresh donuts!). This card reminds me of a cool fall day in Michigan!
I knew I wanted to use Gently Falling and my new pack of Natural Composition DSP. I also wanted to incorporate a fun fold into this card. I really love how this card turned out! Tweet Leaves die cut on top of the leaves die works out perfect!
As you can see I sponged color on the Natural Composition DSP. I used both the Cajun Craze and Bravo Burgandy. I wanted to make it look like actual tree bark and I think it does. I also love the look of the blue bird with the dark leaves, such a great contrast!
This is the inside of the card, I used the extra die cut outs and two different sentiment sets! I know I will need to use this card sometime in the month of November!
It's another Fab Friday Challenge! I cannot believe this is our fourth challenge and we are back to colors. Boy oh' boy did Mindy pick a hard one for me! As soon as I saw these colors I knew what stamp set I was going to use for this challenge.
I borrowed this stamp set from a friend to "try it out" to see if I wanted to buy it myself. After one inking, I definitely want to buy this stamp set!
How did I make the image all those colors? Well, let me tell you! I inked the stamp in Mightnight Muse and then sponged all over the image with Summer Starfruit and Island Indigo! I also tore up the edges of the image to make it look worn. All supplies are listed at the end of the post.
Make sure to hop along and check out the other members of the Design Teams awesome posts! Please leave us comments if you are enjoying our challenge!
I CASE'd this card from the exclusive demonstrator magazine Stampin' Success! It's not an exact CASE, but that is the best part of CASE'ing. Nothing has to be exact! :)
I used my new Natural Composition DSP - I love how thick it is! The patterns are great and embossed. I have a few other ideas spinning in my head for this DSP! I used Patio Party for the flags...

Perfectly Preserved is a set I hadn't originally wanted to get from the mini catalog. But, as stamping goes, I saw so many cute projects, I decided I had to get it! I didn't add a sentiment because I am waiting for the Bitty Banners Framelits.
The Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper I used is my favorite DSP in the catalog. I might have said that about the Howlstooth and Scaringbone DSP too (and I might say that about the Christmas paper too!). The piercing around the edge of the window frame is my favorite look! :)
Welcome to the October Blog Hop! You hopped over from Shellie's Creative blog, she always comes up with something so creative! This month has started out crazy for me and besides my foot being in a boot, I helped my parents rescue a dog today.... I have had this idea for the 3-d item in my head all month and it didn't really turn out the way I intended but I still love it's simplicity. I can't wait to give both items out as a gift later this month!
I admit that I have been so busy I couldn't come up with anything creative myself, so I did the next best thing... I CASE'd this card from LeAnne Pugliese's website. I am so thankful for Pinterest when I am lacking the creative juices to come up with something on my own. I added Dazzling Details to the bow on the witch's hat if you can't see it! :)
I just LOVE candy corn. I had intended on mixing it with dry roasted peanuts, but I had a class Sunday and we used that mix for our treat bags. So this container only has candy corn. It's still VERY yummy! I love the layered colors, which gives the elusion that it's a piece of candy corn!

This card is one of the cards we will be making in my October "Fall" Chicks and Chocolate classes. Participants will receive the Tweet Leaves stamp that is featured! I did order one of the new ink pads in Early Espresso since, as you can see, my current pad is a bit dry! I will have sentiments available for the girls to pick from to make this card their "own".
