Another Thank You
Sometimes the best cards are CASE'd from someone else - especially when you are in a hurry. Last night I needed a few thank you's for orders so I whipped these up! Thanks to Susan at Simple Stampin' I quickly copied her card. I did change up the colors using my handy dandy Color Coach #130118/ $14.95. I wanted to use Rich Razzleberry and it matched it with Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie. Perfect colors for fall (although we don't have fall in Florida yet).
Do you like the Pumpkin Pie Candy Dots or the Pearls better? I couldn't decide but I think I like the pearls better... that was what Susan used on her card.
As you can see I popped up the 4 1/2" square Old Olive layer on the 5x5 Whisper White card base.
Here's a close up of the card, isn't just simple but so pretty?
Do you love the flowers? It's from the Boho Blossoms Punch. You get 3 flowers in one! What a steal!
I made a Pumpkin Pie envelope using the new Punch Board and the Brights DSP Stack. I am really in love with the new punch board...
...and here is my solution for decorated envelopes - punch a fun shape and write the person's name on it! If you are sending it in the mail you can use a larger die cut! You can use any shape you want... how fun!
Now that you are inspired... go make a card for someone! Come back tomorrow for some stamping fun-ness! (I just made that word up, just roll with it!! LOL)
