Simple Stems paired with Sweet Sorbet for a Get Well Wish...

Better get better...
I have a friend going through cancer and she is at the hard spot.  Having had cancer (NH Lymphoma in 2002) I can completely relate to what she is going through.  Sometimes you just want to cry and yell, "Cancer Sucks".  So... I am giving her this card and some flowers today.  I know how much those little things mean to a cancer patient.
These flowers come from a new set in the Occasions Catalog called Simple Stems.  Guess what?  You can cut these two out using the Secret Garden Framelits!  Yippee Skippee!  I love accessories that are multi-functioning!
Both the Designer Series Paper (Sweet Sorbet) and the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder are exclusive items you can receive RIGHT NOW by making a purchase on my website.  If you spend $50, you get to pick one item.  If you spend $100, you get to pick two items (so on and so forth).
I totally forgot to mention that I used the Banner Framelits as well.  Those new frames are amazing for this girl - I can cut a straight line!  LOL  Which is probably why you rarely saw the banners on my cards.  As you can see I used a clear button (Annual Catalog) and added a bow made with the Crisp Cantaloupe Twine (also an exclusive Sale-a-bration item).  I love the twine, it's thicker than our normal twine so it holds the shape of a bow easier.
I made sure to decorate both the inside and the outside of the envelope.  Who doesn't want to see a little love there?  Are you wondering what colors I used?  Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Pool Party, Sahara Sand and Summer Starfruit.

If you haven't ordered already, make sure to pop over to my store and check out all the new things and let me know if you have questions.  Sale-a-bration is only going on for a limited time, so make sure to earn the products you love before they are gone!

See you tomorrow for more paper crafting fun!  Thanks for being my customer!

I love that you decorated the inside of the card. We tend to forget to dress up the inside even if it is just a little splash of color!

Thank you for sharing!
