Easter Daffodil Treat
Do you have people in your life who you like to give treats to for holidays? I am thinking the post office workers, hair stylist, bankers, teachers, etc... Wouldn't these be perfect for those people?
I am creative, but lately I haven't had the "mojo" to create my own projects. So, in the creating world we CASE. Copy and Share Everything. This is a CASE from another demonstrator - across the borders non-the-less!
The tag "wrap" is simple:
1. Cut a piece of card stock measuring 2" by 8".
2. Punch both ends of the "tag" with the Scalloped Tag Punch.
3. Score at 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 on the long side.
4. Emboss using the Designer Frames Embossing Folder. Line up in one of the ends (hint: make sure when you put it in-between the two plastic Big Shot plates that it doesn't move).
5. Punch out the oval center using the Large Oval Punch.
6. Adhere a small bag of candy (I cut down and used the bags used for pretzel pops) using Sticky Strip.
7. Close "wrap" and tie with ribbon. Decorate as desired.

I filled them with foil covered Hershey's and jelly beans. I have a lot more to make and they will be in various colors - not just Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight and Wild Wasabi. The embossed oval frame works perfect and then I punched out the center using my large oval punch! Love it!
Here is a close up of the flower. I used the Petite Petals Punch and Stamp to create the larger flower. The center of the Daffodil comes from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (four-leafed flower). How cute is that?
