Tips and Tricks with SSInk: Making the perfect ribbon and using the Color Coach

Welcome to my Tips and Tricks post!  Click on the link above to see other Tips and Tricks!  I have some great tips and the first one is this: when wanting to make a bow that wraps around the entire card, first wrap a piece around the card and adhere.
Here's what you see on the front... after I adhere the ribbon using Snail, I tie a piece of White Bakers Twine in the center.  Wondering why I do this?  Because it makes it look like I actually tied a real bow around the card.
I snip the pieces off short so you can't see anything hanging.
Now I am made the bow and added it to the middle of the ribbon strip using a glue dot.
Now you see my perfect bow!  :)  You'd never know it was two pieces!
Wondering about the ink on the Seasonally Scattered "Merry" Stamp?  I inked it up using the Soft Sky and then used a sponge dauber to add Wisteria Wonder randomly to the stamp.
I added the snowflake embellishment using another glue dot and then put a rhinestone on top of it to add some shine!
Wondering how I picked the colors for this card?  I knew I wanted to use Wisteria Wonder.  I wasn't sure about what I could pair with it.  I grabbed my Color Coach and pulled out the Wisteria Wonder tab.  I flipped it over and I saw the first combo:
There are two 3-color combos on each card.  Every color also has a coordinating color with it from the same family (as seen on the right).

I hope you found the tips/ tricks useful and I will see you soon!
