Friday Favorites with SS Inkspiration and Fab Friday Color Challenge

Two for One Friday...
I have two Design Team posts today... I hope you enjoy them!
Over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration we are posting our favorites!  My favorite is the color Strawberry Slush!  I made this card using the Swallowtail Stamp.  I heat embossed it to give it that raised and shiny look.  I added the butterflies popped up to give it some dimension.
The second card is for the Fab Friday Design Team.  Our colors challenge this week is perfect for spring - bright and cheerful.

I just received this cute stamp set in the mail yesterday!  Isn't this a cute card?  It's simple too!  These Geometrical shapes are very popular right now, as are the colors!
Tomorrow is a special blog hop for Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration that you aren't going to want to miss!  See you then!

Just Emboss It with Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration

Just Emboss It...
Our inkspiration today over at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration is to emboss on a card.  I decided to use heat embossing.  I am not exactly sure how I feel about this card... I really like how it looks like the water.  I stamped and embossed on Stampin' Up! vellum.

Are you wondering how I made the coral sparkly?  I embossed it using the heat and stick powder (instead of regular embossing powder) and then added Stampin' Glitter.  I set the glitter using my heat tool.  I also embossed the seashell (Costal Cabana), the seahorse (Crushed Curry) and the fish (Metallic Silver).
I made sure to stamp the inside of the card as well as line the envelope using the High Tide Designer Series Paper.  It's hard to tell but I also used this same paper underneath the vellum layer.  Check out the supplies at the end of this post!

Come back tomorrow for my individual post!  You are going to LOVE the tutorial!

Metallic Wedding Card for Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration

Welcome back!  Today I have a card for you using Metallic pieces. I made a Wedding card because when I think of metallic, I think of love.  I simply love Elegant Eggplant and silver together.
This stamp set is the Best of Brides and Babies Set and it's only available until March.  It's the perfect set for babies, weddings and anniversaries!  I stamped the image in our metallic silver ink and then embossed using the heat tool.  I layered the Naturals White on the Elegant Eggplant Card Stock.  Do you love that striped vellum?  It's in the Occasions catalog!  Please check out the links to all of the products I used below!

Thanks for following my blog and please let me know if you have any questions!
