Friendly Wishes

Happy Independence Day and welcome back to Stampin' in the Sun!  What are you doing today?  Marc's mom is making ribs on the grill and we are having some family over for a pool party.  I am sure we will make some other fun summer stuff!

I am so excited to have so many new creations to share with you!  I have been trying to share several cards from the same stamp set so you can see how versatile they are!  Yesterday I shared a birthday card using the Friendly Wishes stamp set and today I have another.  I didn't mean to use the same color combination as yesterday as well but I really love Pool Party and Bermuda Bay.
I used the new Banner Punch for this card.  You can cut three sizes of banners: 1", 1 1/2" and 2".  I love how easy it to cut banners no.  No more trying to cut my own banners (and making them look goofy).  I also stamped the little flower as a background with the Pool Party ink.  The other component I really love is the silver mini clothes pin -- so adorable!

Do you like the new floral paper I used for the banner?  It's from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack,  There are 4 papers for each color: floral, strips, word script and polka dots.  Check it out here:
