Happiest of Birthdays using Sweet Stack Stamp Set

Good Morning!  I only have one month left of summer (boo) and I really should start thinking about school again - but for now, it's a Birthday card.  I made this card using an example in the Stampin' Up! catalog.  Have you looked at some of the examples in the catalog?  They are beautiful and this is one of them!
I made the banners using the Cutie Pie Thinlits Dies.  There is a banner die (the size of the red sentiment).  In order to cut the smaller size, I trimmed the Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight banners to make them shorter banners.  I added the squiggly lines using one of the stamps in the Sweet Stack stamp set and then added the polka dots using the Uni-ball Gel Pen (have you tried it? It's only $4 and works wonderfully!).  Don't forget the star embossing folder!  This card was time-consuming but when you cut everything out first and then assemble, it goes fast!  Check out the supply list at the bottom of this post.
